This hotel met expectation in every way, couldn't recommend more. Everything was perfect, personnel was extremely helpful and attentive. Good sized and soundproof room, it included central heating, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities. The service we got was good. We received ironing for free, a nice bonus.
Everything was spot on!

What a fantastic weekend! The hotel is right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to explore local restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the bed was comfy. Plus, the staff were so friendly and helpful-they made us feel at home. I loved the thoughtful touches, like the mini bar and proper milk in the fridge for tea!
We did experience some noise from the nearby bar on Friday night, which disturbed our sleep a bit. our air conditioning unit was pretty loud, but we managed!

The room was like a sauna despite the cooler outside temps. The fan did nothing, and even with the window open, it barely helped. Plus, we were kept up by loud noise from the bar nearby, which was super frustrating.

I recently spent Xmas at this hotel, and I must say, the location is spot on! Right in the middle of everything, so I could easily pop out for last-minute Christmas shopping and try out some cute nearby cafes. The room was beautifully decorated and super cozy-seriously, I slept like a baby. Plus, the staff was friendly and cute, which made the experience even better!

The location is perfect, just steps away from the main street. The staff really go above and beyond to make your stay special. Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, with nice touches like complimentary snacks. Just be prepared for a bit of warmth-air conditioning does help!

The room directly opposite the walkway from the car park was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. I also loved the apartment setup, which included a lovely light breakfast that started my mornings perfectly.
While it was only a minor inconvenience, it slightly disrupted my ability to stay connected when needed.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. , I felt welcomed by the friendly staff who were helpful throughout my time there. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of my room, which was well-maintained and had a lovely ambiance. the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of dining and nightlife options just a short walk away. I even had a quiet night in, making the most of the relaxing space.

perfect spot for strolling and exploring chester's landmarks and parks
I loved how close it was to the River Dee, just under 500 meters away, perfect for a scenic walk. The Church of St Peter was only a few short steps and made for a great cultural stop. The hotel had really comfortable and nicely decorated rooms that Chester has to offer as a weekend visitor.

The hotel chester was just super cool. The themed rooms like the secret garden were really quirky, with rabbit lamps and a wall of roses. The kitchenette was ace and everything was modern and worked great. The staff were really polite and helpful too. I mean, perfect location so close to all attractions and loads of restaurants!
Only thing was, some of the decor felt a bit too much and maybe could use less quirkiness. There weren't many toiletries provided, but overall still a cool place!

The kitchen was well stocked, and the bed was super comfy for a good night's rest. We took advantage of the relaxing jacuzzi and enjoyed the soothing spa amenities too. The only downside was that one of the bedrooms lacked windows, but it didn't really take away from our fun getaway! 😊
